If the CNT file opens as readable text and contains the contents list or topic references, you can copy that text into Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer, or Google Docs, then save or export it as PDF using File → Save As or File → Export As. This works best when you only need a simple PDF of the contents list.

6. Try an online converter only for supported CNT files
Some reputable online converters, such as CloudConvert or Convertio, may accept a CNT file if they recognize its specific structure.
