Years ago Corel PrintOffice has been part of CorelDRAW suite, unfortunately it seems that this is no longer true and the software is no longer available. With it it was possible to export .cpd drawings to either PostScript or PDF format, but if it still applies to the current version of CorelDRAW could not be verified.
It might very well be possible that the only way how to achieve cpd to pdf conversion would be to look for the original software in abandonware sources. Even some viewer for .cpd files might be enough, since print function is all you need to get PDF.
