Generally speaking, all documents or templates might be exported to PDF format, and .pmt files which are templates from Adobe PageMaker should be no exception to this. Of course you will need PageMaker for this, which might be a little tricky nowadays considering the software was discontinued in 2004. But InDesign still can work with some PageMaker files, so it might be worth a try.
