Converting EndNote Import Files directly to Adobe Portable Document Format (.enw to .pdf conversion) should be possible using EndNote's virtual PDF printer.
Should that not work, try renaming the .enw suffix to .txt. This formatted text file can then be printed/saved as a PDF document using one of many available text editors or word processors, which support the .pdf format.
