• Save the generated PDF file.

If you only have the .qrp file and no compatible software, direct conversion may not be possible. In that case, you may need the original program, a matching report viewer, or the source data used to generate the report.

Note: The .qrp extension can be used by different software in some environments, so identifying the source application is important before attempting conversion.

Common menu paths include File → Export → PDF or File → Print.
