Simply load/open your .wpt template in Corel WordPerfect, go to the menu selecting 'File -> Publish to -> PDF'.
Numerous online conversion tools advertise their capability to convert .wpt to .pdf directly, we haven't, however' been able to verify the reliability and quality of such conversions.
