Refund policy

Short version: if the service did not do what you paid for, tell us and we will refund you. Below is the same thing in the detail the law expects.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, and we will refund what you paid.

By starting to convert files on a paid plan you ask us to begin the service immediately. Where you have used the service during those 14 days, we may reduce the refund in proportion to what you used. If you have not converted anything, you get everything back.

When we refund outside those 14 days

A failed conversion is never charged, so there is nothing to refund for one. Where something larger went wrong, we refund the affected period:

the service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period; a plan did not deliver the limits it advertises; or you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.

What we do not refund

We do not refund a period you used and were satisfied with but no longer need. Cancel instead: the plan keeps working to the end of that period and does not renew.

We do not refund a conversion whose result you did not like where the conversion itself completed. File conversion is lossy between many formats and the converter is free to try before you buy.

Cancelling

Cancel in your account at any time. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account continues on Free with everything still in it.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact form with the email address on the account and, if you have it, the invoice number. We answer every request, and refunds are approved or explained within 14 days.

Money goes back the way it came, to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes from there, usually a few working days.
