The only camproj to mp4 conversion that makes sense is conversion or export of Camtasia projects to MPEG-4 video. Camtasia supports export of its projects (.camproj) to the MPEG-4 (.mp4) format by default, so you just have to use the existing share and publish function to export camproj to mp4.
