Important: In Adobe workflows, MP4 is usually created through Adobe Media Encoder, not by exporting MP4 directly from the AEP file itself.

2. Render to a high-quality intermediate file such as .mov if you want a master copy first.
3. Open the rendered file in Adobe Media Encoder, HandBrake, or another video encoder.

Reputable online converters are generally not suitable for AEP files directly because most web services cannot open Adobe After Effects projects.
