It doesn't seem to be possible to convert .camproj files to TREC format in any program except Camtasia, which is most likely the only option for camproj to trec conversion. Both these files are recording and the only way to create .trec files would be to by recreating the recording saved in the .camproj file. Nonetheless Camtasia should open both files just fine and you can export them to some generic format instead, like MP4.

Understanding CAMPROJ and TREC file formats
The CAMPROJ file format is associated with Camtasia Studio, a popular screen recording and video editing software. It is a project file that contains information about the video editing project, including the timeline, effects, transitions, and references to media files used in the project. CAMPROJ files are not video files themselves but rather contain the data necessary to create a video.
The TREC file format is also related to Camtasia Studio. It is a recording file format used by Camtasia to store screen recordings. TREC files contain video and audio data captured during a screen recording session and can be directly imported into Camtasia for editing.
