It might be possible that the software for handling BIX recordings from Kodicom CCTV recorders can export them to some other video file like AVI or MPG, which would be the easiest way how to achieve bix to mp4 conversion through middle step conversion. Once you have either of these video files, you can easily convert them to MP4 format If that works, then you can simply convert that video to MP4. Except for that, your only option would be to contact Kodicom support.
