Convert JPG-LARGE to PNG

It should be possible to convert jpg-large pictures to PNG image format pretty much like any other .jpg, which means jpg-large to png conversion is essentially jpg to png conversion. Just rename the filename extension to .jpg if your graphics editor/convertor needs it, . Keep in mind that the resulting file will be pretty large.
