Convert JPG-ORIGINAL to JPEG

Everything points to the fact that .jpg-original pictures are just .jpg files which had their extension renamed when saved in Photoshop and you can safely rename jpg-original to jpg or jpeg and that's it. You do not have to look for a special jpg-original converter or anything like that, just rename the file extension. But regardless of this, most graphics editors should recognize JPEG files regardless of their actual file extension.
