Convert CPBITMAP to PNG

CPBITMAP files are high quality wallpapers for iOS devices and many users are trying to convert them to some of the common graphics formats like PNG. Renaming of the file suffix won't work, because  the .cptbitmap files are encoded. It appears that the only converter that exists is the one available at Code projects.
