Why not convert PMD directly to PNG?

Quality and limitations

PMD to PNG is a one-way conversion from editable layout to a fixed image. Once converted, text is no longer editable as text, and vector elements become rasterized. This is ideal for previewing or sharing a final page image, but not for further document editing.

For best quality, use a high resolution during export or printing, typically 300 dpi or higher for print-oriented pages. Lower resolutions can make text and fine lines look blurry or jagged.
