PMD is not a single universal format, so conversion success depends on the application that created it. If the file is not actually an image-based PMD, it may need to be opened in its native software before any image export is possible.

When converting to WEBP, remember that lossy WEBP may slightly reduce image detail, while lossless WEBP preserves quality but may produce larger files.
