Notes on quality and limitations

FH10 to WebP is not a true vector-to-vector conversion. Since WebP stores pixels, the artwork will lose vector editability, and text will become part of the image. This is the main limitation of the conversion.

For best results, export the FH10 artwork at a high enough resolution before converting to WebP. If the original contains thin lines, small text, or detailed logos, a low-resolution export may look blurry or jagged. Transparency can be preserved if the source artwork uses it and the intermediate export format supports alpha channels.

Also note that some FH10 files may not open correctly in modern software because FreeHand support is incomplete. In those cases, you may need to use an older FreeHand installation or a compatible converter to first extract the artwork before creating the WebP image.
