Convert ITC2 to PNG

Converting iTunes Cover Flow Data Files (v2) directly to Portable Network Graphics (.itc2 to .png conversion) is quite challenging and we are not aware of any graphics editor or (online) conversion tool capable of such a conversion.

There appears to be, however, a script on GitHub designed specifically for extracting iTunes artwork and converting it to JPG or PNG formats.
