Convert EPF to PNG

Several programs from Adobe, including the Photoshop and Illustrator, can be used to open or import EPSF Encapsulated Postscript image (.epf) and save these as standard PNG images. Except for that, the same epf to png conversion should be doable with any graphics editor that supports EPF format.
