Convert JPG-LARGE to BMP

It should be possible to convert jpg-large pictures to BMP image format the same way like you would do with standard JPEG files. If your graphics editor or converter does not recognize .jpg-large file, just rename the suffix to jpg and it should work. Just be warned that the resulting file will be huge, considering .jpg-large files are big already.
