Convert TIF to DOC

tif to doc conversion is only possible in the sense of importing TIFF graphics picture into one of the pages in the Word document as object. This is doable with the Insert picture option found in the MS Word, or any alternative word processor. Converters that offer this conversion pretty much just create empty document with the picture inserted on the first page.
