Convert LYX to DOC

Lyx document processor supports many different formats, including default .lyx files. As such you can use the program to save your .lyx documents as .doc files for MS Word. It doesn't seem likely that any other program can handle .lyx file well, so this remains to be the only viable choice for lyx to doc conversion.
