How to convert xsn to doc file

Unfortunately, InfoPath (which natively uses .xsn files) cannot save directly to MS Word formats (.doc, .docx), but it does support export to MHT and MHTML formats that can be imported to MS Word and used for making new documents.

You can find this function in InfoPath in the File ► Export To ► Web menu and need to use "Single File Web Page" function to get MHT/MHTML documents. Once you have these, you can easily open them in Word and work with them.
