Convert SAV to DOC

Plenty of different sav file types exist and it is not clear whenever some of them can be converted as Word documents (.doc, .docx), via some kind of sav to doc conversion. In the case that your .sav file is actually just a text file, you can most likely just  copy paste the text to Microsoft Word and save it, no specific sav to doc conversion required.
