Convert TIF to XLSX

You can certainly import pictures (such as TIFF format) to any of the lists in an Excel spreadsheet (.xls, .xslx) as an object using the "import picture" function. You can do that with most spreadsheets editors as it is one of the most common features.

Some online converters offer tif to xlsx conversion, but they will basically place a picture in empty spreadsheet in most cases. If you want to recover a table from a picture, you will need some OCR capable software for it. No converter will help you.
