Convert XLSX to DOCX

Converting Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets directly to Microsoft Word Documents (.xlsx to .docx conversion) is, per se, not possible.

What you can, however, do is to copy any spreadsheet table or object, and then paste it into your MS Word document. Or you can simply use the import function, which allows users to directly insert entire MS Excel tables to your opened document.
