Convert XLSX to WQ1

xlsx to wq1 conversion pretty much describes export of modern MS Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx files) to one of the older Quattro Pro files (.wq1). This is theoretically possible, in sense that the spreadsheet data can be certainly exported, but it will be perhaps difficult to find a modern software that can still save to WQ1 format.
