Convert SVG to AI

Using Adobe Illustrator is pretty much the best way svg to ai conversion, because you can simply import the .svg file to Adobe Illustrator and use it for making new Illustrator graphics (.ai). However, not everyone has access to Illustrator and thus the only solution would be to use one of the 3rd party solutions. It should be noted though, that not every program may support the latest version of Illustrator formats.
