Convert GBR to DXF

All gerber files (designs of printed circuit boards) can be exported to a standard DXF drawing with plenty of available gerber software, which means gbr to dxf conversion is likely possible. This creates a technical drawing, without any special gerber data that may be present in .grb files. However these .dxf may still be imported back to gerber software and used.
