Converting SketchUp Documents directly to Drawing Exchange Format Files (.skp to .dxf conversion) is quite straightforward, since SketchUp graphics can be exported to numerous different CAD and bitmap graphics formats, like for instance the .dfx exchange format.
You can use the original SketchUp software itself, or third-party programs, such as 3D Studio MAX. Not all programs support the .skp format by default, so you might need to install appropriate SketchUp plugins.
