ACO projects are from ArCon planning and design software that uses these files to store architecture or interior designs in progress. 2D views from the projects can also be exported either as DXF or DWG CAD drawings. It is extremely unlikely that it's possible to export these files to some 3D format, but export to DXF (aco to dxf conversion) should be doable.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert ACO to DXF directly.
