ArCon planning and design software uses .acp projects to store architecture or interior designs to save work in progress. 2D views from the projects may be exported either as DXF or DWG CAD drawings. It is unlikely you could export 2D views from object collections (.aco), however exporting to .obj or other 3D format may be possible.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert ACO to DWG directly.
Thus, there is no so-called aco to dwg converter or a free online .aco to .dwg converter to be found.
