Convert PDF to PPT

Sadly, you cannot open import PDF documents to Microsoft PowerPoint, so you can't simply convert it using the original program. You probably will have to rely on some 3rd party conversion app or perhaps some other presentation software that allows the making of PowerPoint presentations (.ppt) from PDF documents (.pdf).
