Directly converting Adobe Portable Documents to Microsoft Project Files (.pdf to .mpp conversion) is most likely not possible. To our knowledge, there is no way to convert a previously exported project (in .pdf format) back to a MS Project File (.mpp). PDF/XPS documents are mere snapshots of .mpp projects.
Several online file converters advertise their capability to execute .pdf to .mpp conversions, yet we highly doubt their quality and reliability.
