Convert PSD to SVG

Shapes and lines saved in one of the layer of Adobe Photoshop graphics file (.psd) can be exported and saved as vectors. In Photoshop you have to first export the shape using the File ► Export ► Save to Illustrator function and save it in AI format, which you can then export to SVG to get your vector graphics. Such psd to svg conversion might also be doable with some other vector graphics editors.
