Although Adobe Photoshop can work with lots of various raw digital photograph formats (including .dcr) it cannot actually save it to that format, and instead uses generic digital negative format (.dgn) to save raws. Which means that psd to dcr conversion is more or less impossible.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert PSD to DCR directly.
