Converting WEM to WAV

Steps for conversion

Here are the steps to convert WEM to WAV using WW2OGG and Revorb:

1. Download and extract the WW2OGG and Revorb tools.
2. Place the WEM files you want to convert in the same directory as the extracted tools.
3. Open a command prompt in this directory.
4. Run the following command:

   ww2ogg input.wem --pcb packed_codebooks_aoTuV_603.bin

5. This will create an OGG file. To convert this to WAV, use the following command with the Revorb tool:

   revorb output.ogg

6. Finally, convert the OGG file to WAV using a tool like Audacity or OGG to WAV Converter.
