Convert JPG to ICNS

It is certainly possible to create Apple icons (.icns) from all kinds of graphics formats (including the JPG images) with graphics editors or specialized icon creation and management programs, which is what jpg to icns conversion typically represents. JPG does not contain transparency layer so this format is not good for creating icons which mostly use transparency around symbol in icon.
