Convert JPG to PRI

It appears jpg to pri conversion is somewhat odd unusual graphics export, nonetheless it should still doable with some popular graphics viewers like XnView/XnConvert or similar. Just keep in mind that conversion to very old formats can sometimes create unpredictable results and the quality may not be what you would expect.
