No simple way how to create embroidery design from raster picture exits. You would have to use a special, dedicated "digitaliizer", a software that takes a bitmap picture and processes it to vector based design. One of such programs is the powerful Janome Digitalizer Pro, but you can certainly find some alternatives as well.
