Many users attempt to restore image attachments from WhatsApp archives (such as .crypt12), believing that these are included in the backups.
This is regrettably not the case because all images received through WhatsApp are linked to the default Android Gallery even though they actually reside in the WhatsApp folder, specifically in the Media/WhatsApp Images folder.
Therefore, converting .crypt12 files to .jpg/.jpeg is both impossible and unnecessary. There is no way to restore the images if they are not on your phone, barring a full phone backup.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert CRYPT12 to JPG directly.
Thus, there is no so-called crypt12 to jpg converter or a free online .crypt12 to .jpg converter to be found.
