Convert EPS to PSD

If you have access to Adobe Illustrator, that would be the first choice for conversion of EPS graphics to a Photoshop graphics. It might be possible to achieve eps to pds conversion using Photoshop itself, but you would need to use a workaround and import it as shape layer or smart object. But generally, you would be better of by using vector program like the Illustrator to do the job.
