It doesn't seem that any program is capable of direct eps to pes embroidery conversion. However, there exists a program called Illustrator Extreme with which you could export EPS graphics as Tajima DST embroideries. Once you have .dst files, you can use any program capable of dst to pes conversion to get file in PES format for Brother machines.
The database currently does not contain any eps file converter.
