Convert PRJ to 3DS

Several software actually use .prj files, often for various projects, saved work in progress. This  also includes several 3D modeling software, which means that some kind of prj to 3ds conversion should be doable, unfortunately we have not found any information about this. Since this is export to 3ds Max, perhaps consult 3ds Max community if you have some particular issue about how to convert prj to 3ds.
