Convert RTF to WORD

Microsoft Word can supports RTF documents (Rich Text Format) just fine and allows users to import or save these files to the default MS Word formats. The very same can be done with some alternative word processor that supports Word formats, considering RTF format is supported in pretty much every word processor or text editor.
