Convert RTF to ASCII

It might actually be possible to export RTF documents (Rich Text Format) as ASCII text files (.ascii) using several dedicated text converters, including ABC Amber Text Converter. However, you can probably achieve the same using some word processors that support saving in ASCII encoding.
