Convert XLS to TXT

Whilst it is probably possible to convert or export Excel spreadsheets as plain text files, the resulting file won't be useable as spreadsheet, just a text file with bunch of unformatted data. The best way would be to copy and paste out only the thing you need, but xls to txt conversion is doable.
