Convert PNG to PEC

Creating embroidery designs is possible from both vector and bitmap sources, which means png to pec conversion is possible. It can be easily done from vector graphics, but making it from raster pictures is another thing.

You will need to look for an embroidery program with digitizing function, ie. a function that allows users to make embroidery designs (like .pec files for Brother machines) from raster sources (.bmp, .jpg, .png etc.).
