Several disk image management programs should be able to simply transform (convert) Alcohol 120% disk image to standard ISO format, pretty much the same way like the original Alcohol 120% program. However, you will also need a proper .mdf file for your .mds file, because MDS format just stores metadata for the actual MDF disk image. There is no chance to perform this conversion without the corresponding .mdf file.
