There doesn't seem to exist any useful or possible stl to dfx conversion. However, you may have been looking for a way to convert Stereolithography files (.stl files for 3D printing) to 2D CAD format (.dxf). If that is the case, please check out the stl to dxf conversion entry.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert STL to DFX directly.
Thus, there is no so-called stl to dfx converter or a free online .stl to .dfx converter to be found.
